  It was cleaner and quieter than I expected. I read some bad reviews about the cleanliness so was expecting mold, dirty carpets, and dirty bedding. I also was afraid it would smell like cigarettes, even in a non-smoking room. The room looked like it was recently re-done. It had new carpet and new flooring in the bathroom.
