It was very quiet in the rear room that we were in. The beds were
comfortable and the staff was friendly. Reasonably priced and had a
general store on the property.
The pictures were accurate of the grounds. The BBQ and picnicking area was very nice. Everyone was friendly and nice.
Price was right, quiet, small store convenient.

We had absolutely no complaints.
Nothing. It was great.
Door was hard to open, missing light bulbs, refrigerator did not work.
When I went to check out the clerk was not there. No key drop area, has
to find cleaning lady to turn in key.
My biggest complaint is I choose this place for the price and stated
proximity to the city I was visiting. I feel it was misrepresented. I
was there for a race and the hotels in the city were sold out. The
booking site listed Kelseyville as 26 miles away. In reality it was more
like 60 miles away and took over an hour to arrive.
Not enough towels
No hair dryer.
Has some small maintenance issues.
There was only one person to handle both the gas station/shop and the motel....it was definitely a motel, not a hotel.
