I found the staff were most helpful, they looked after each guest, listened and helped whenever needed. The rooms are convenient and well equippe and ,the location is really close to.everything. I stayed there 5 days in October, returned in December, and will stay there any time I visit Houston. Galal. Andrea, Roy, Francisco, Angelo, and the maids who cleaned Rm.204 at the Days Inn Galleria. They gave courteous service with a smile. So many wonderful sights to see.
alla recensioner » It was a comfortable and peaceful stay. Continental breakfast was delightful and there was plenty of a variety. Nice spacious room and clean. Very clean looking and smelling. Nice variety of items at Breakfast Bar. Noise level outside was negligible in view of location. They didn't have me registered, luckily showed up early to double check, if we would have shown up in the evening we would not have gotten a room. water pressure in shower a bit weak; no elevator. Nothing really. There was a limited range of places to eat locally. The guy who works the 3rd shift there is rude and unfriendly. Room has some mosquitos and bugs that bite in dim light and at night. towels need to be replaced. you could hear the foodsteps/movement from the room above you. No safe. The complimentary breakfast was very basic and lacked yougurt. The location is such that you need a car. Parking is horrible. The spaces are very small and not many to choose from if the hotel is full. motel could be updated. The construction at the lobby, no luggage cart, the bedding was worn out, the pull out didn't have bedding, the pull out was dirty with food, the rooms very outdated,the breakfast area too small because of construction. Bed was uncomfy, strands of random hair on blankets upon check-in. Tub had mildew. Waited too long to be attended; Room with bad smell and really loud noises from upstairs's room. Short in staff and no cleaning service after 11:30am. The unconcered staff the bed bugs hole in the floor and the rude manager and. I never got a call back from management about the bed bugs I was only offered 10% off on my next stay. Room smelled like cigarettes, no elevator and I had 3 suitcases,.
