  Evening clerk was most welcoming and had helpful recommendations for breakfast. She is a fine ambassador. She did turn on the thermostat, as asked, but it was set to Low Cool. I changed that to Low Heat. The room needed only a few minutes to warm up a few degrees. Very comfortable bed.
