  The Staff, friendly, efficient and always will to accommodate. Eddie the lovely woman that looks after you for breakfast does a wonderful job. Food was always hot and plentiful. She starts your day off the right way. Andrew was very warm and welcoming when we checked in. He was always ready to help when we needed it. To all the staff, well done... vad folk säger » . It is also family friendly, I have stayed there before with three young children and the room we had was clean, large and very reasonably priced. - I stayed here while on a golf trip with some friends, and I am pretty convinced I could not find anything better for a very budget-friendly stay. Certainly, I booked the room well in advance because I perfectly knew that the room price would soar because of the PGA Championship that was to be hosted at the nearby Oak Hill Country Club (main reason for which we came to Rochester). Excellent location, close to the Market Place Mall, public golf courses and good dining places

  Staff was very friendly. Entire hotel was very clean. Our room and bathroom were spotless -- best I've seen in a long time. Free breakfast included quite a few items not seen at other hotels.   Gym was good, Breakfast included eggs and some sort of meat, great for people cutting their sugars. Coffee, tea and lemon ice water offered all day long. Cheese and crackers and cookies put out every night. Rooms were clean and beds really comfortable. Best Western was situated close to a lot of shopping which we had gone there specifically for.   We stayed in a 1Bedroom Apartment for overnight. The place was well maintained and clean and surroundings peaceful. There were good number of restaurants which were quite close to the hotel. We wish we could have stayed there for more time to enjoy the hotel. - Reasonable distance from the airport and shopping area.Excellent Breakfast

  The staff was excellent. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast that was included in our room rate. The breakfast manager, Lisa, treated us like family and ran the area like it was her home visiting with each table throughout our meal. Luis, the omelet chef, was excellent! The breakfasts were delicious! - The staff were very nice and professional. The room was nice and clean and I would definitely stay again. Holiday Inn has improved a lot since the last time I stayed at one and makes me more apt to start staying at them again

My kids & I loved how comfortable the bed was, and we were tempted to sleep all day - ha ha! - It was really comfy, I loved the cable, the room set up was nice and I loved all the restaurant options in the area

  Our room was so clean and our beds were very comfy. The breakfast variety was good and the food was always yummy and warm. We enjoyed the indoor pool after a cool day at the water park.
