  We really like that the apt had a kitchen with everything in there.. People u can bring ur own food to cook !! And even better u dint need to bring a single pan- the apt is very complete, clean and comfortable . I am sure we r going to book there next year. - Well designed condo on nice sized estate.   The rooms were very large, and the bathrooms must have been recently renovated. Breakfast at the Inn had great food, great service, and was very reasonably priced. The wait staff was very helpful and answered our questions about the Inn and where to get apple cider donuts. My room which was in the Captain's cottage (#20) was a suite on the second floor and was very spacious with a deck with a water view. I loved the old feel to the place as well.

  Kunde vara en ok hotell om det sköttes ordentligt - Shelter Island and the Pridwin were exactly what we expected and wanted for our first vacation in almost 7 years. The hotel is not what one would call luxurious or fancy, but the perfect picture of a quaint, comfortable vacation destination. The complimentary breakfast buffet was ample and delicious. - I liked the location, the various pretty settings indoors and out with magnificent views of the water, great landscaping, spacious lawns, a secluded pool, and amenities such as bikes and canoes.

  Staff was very nice - unit was really clean and had all amenities. It was really a little apartment w/kitchen. Found it expensive as it wasn't really water view (far away from unit). - The marina was nice. The restaurant Alure was also nice.
