During our stay, we ended up going to The Lounge. Heather, the manager, did a fantastic job! She made sure we always had what we needed and was very professional and very nice. My husband and I both were very impressed with her and said if we ever needed to stay at a hotel in Grand Rapids again, we would stay at this hotel. -

Staff went out of their way to assist us with some unexpected needs and were very accommodating with changes that made things easier for us. Manager wrote letter detailing our situation that eased circumstances outside the hotel.

Location! Walk to so many spots in Grand Rapids. Great experience in very clean, new property with outstanding staff. Very "lean" hotel which we tend to enjoy. Nice materials and enjoyable stay. They think of everything including wireless phone charging station.

This property was recommended to me by several people I know; I was glad when I heeded their advice.
I was highly impressed with the interior quality (our room, bathroom, main lobby, etc). I did not utilize any facilities other than main lobby and breakfast, so I cannot speak to that.

I thought the beds were very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Being a hair stylist, I loved the fact that they offered the Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner! Overall great stay and very quiet for a downtown large hotel. -
