The staff was incredibly friendly. The view from our room was incredible. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the river below. It was conveniently located to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The breakfast was okay. It was nice to have lots of options without having to leave, and it was nice that it was early in the morning since our baby decided to get up early while we were there. We also enjoyed the pool one afternoon. We all appreciated that they used salt and not chlorine. We .

Was an older hotel but perfectly met our needs. The convenience of the area into Gatlinburg was great. It was such a nice walk into town. Breakfast bar was great and the view on the river was very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again. It was very convenient, the only time we used our vehicle was to drive to Cade's cove. Breakfast was good, saved us a lot of money. Staff very nice. The balcony over the river was so relaxing. Location on stream. Easy stroll to main shopping. Balcony, nice to have fresh air. I had a very positive experience with letsbookhotel.com The reservation process was seamless and I like the fact that the payment is not due upfront and cancellations are allowed. It was a pretty view from the back of our room balcony. The beds were really hard, and the pillows were just small squares. It was loud with traffic, but we were expecting it since it was right on the main road. We knew this when we booked it. I wished it had been closer to the main strip. But not the hotel's fault. There was blood on one of the blankets, thank goodness we had another bed to sleep in. I wish hotels/motels would actually wash the blankets between visitors. It was noisy as far as the traffic outside, but this is a busy tourist town and not unexpected. Road noise. I would try to get city to inforce speed limit on that stretch of road. Motorcycles were the loudest and needed to slow down. City to inforce but owner to let city know problem exists. Wifi connection was very poor. Most of the time I did not get any signal. Hotel was remodeling Elevator was out of use from lobby on arrival, but available when we left. Elevator was slow. Unfortunately, you could hear the traffic and it was not easy to get out of parking lot, no light to work with. That is the only complaint. mattress squiked each tim eyou moved on it , but was comfortable. A/C unit was very noisy, but it worked. It wasn't anything we couldn't stand, but it did occasionally wake us up with all the clicking/dripping sounds. Having to come home. The highway noise. Traffic noise. traffic noisse. Liked it all,I will be back. I didn't like hearing all the traffic on the road in front of the hotel. The breakfast was poor and not enough space in the dining area. breakfast area too small. None. nothing i didn't like. Had construction on road 24 hrs a day. Every morning about 4 am was woken by noises from the construction. Was very hard to get in and out of hotel because of. Road noise. Road construction. A retaining wall was being built and the heavy equipment was going until the wee hours. no table to eat in room and toilet paper was very poor quality. We had to check out after staying only 2 nights because of the noise from the traffic all night. The hotel has a beautiful creek right behind it, but it sits almost on a busy road. It was impossible to block out the noise even with the a/c and tv on. Spiders. Bites. Spiders. Bites. Spiders. Bites.
