  Ilene or maybe Irene, who checked me in was fabulous. There was a mix up on how many guest would be in the room but it was totally my fault making my reservation and me not checking my sign in form. She did what she had to do and I apologize to her if it caused her any trouble.   The balcony outside our room was a very nice touch as it was a very nice evening. - stayed in the roman fantasy suite. fabulous room. amazing attention to detail.
