The staff are very accommodating and friendly. This alone goes a long way when staying in a hotel. I would have liked the price to have been a little lower although it is one of the most reasonable for the area. Coffee is available 24/7 and the staff will even let you have the fruits at all times. Appropriately trained staff can make or break your business. The front desk staff were excellent, very helpful with our keys which failed to work. Breakfast was substantial and the range catered for all taste. The staff here also very attentive. For an overnight stop with a view to visit the Airborne museum this was an ideal stopover.
alla recensioner » This hotel is very easy to find - right off the exit from I-95. Check in was perfect, staff very friendly, room was in great shape, and breakfast was quite good, with hot foods available. The place was clean, close to a couple of restaurants, and near I-95. The gym was pretty small, but clean. The staff were courteous and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic!. It was very comfy and we got a great nights sleep. Very clean!!. Rooms were great. Loved the shower pressure. Breakfast, comfy beds, comfort of the room!!. I like the professionalism. The space. Service and attitude of staff. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Convenient, friendly staff. Comfortable and clean. Bed, breakfast. micro in room along with a small very efficient fridge. Staff very friendly, water upon arrival. flat screen tv and lots of hot water. Free breakfast good start for the day with both healthy and not so healthy options! Good coffee!. staff and willingness to accommodate travel plans. tv n wi-fi. Rooms are comfortable and they have HBO. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Staff was friendly. Decent room for price better than expected breakfast. The furniture is old and outdated. There were multiple chips and scratches on the furniture. The mattress also is old and should be changed. These are the only negative comments I have. I still give the hotel a good rating because of the quality of the staff and its cleanness. I didn't like the fact that the pool is outside and therefore unusable in February. But this was the ONLY negative. The price was a little high for how far this place is from the rest of Fayetteville, but that paid off on the security end. I didn't worry about my car in the parking lot while here. Nothing!!. There needed to be a bit more space in the lobby for breakfast. With the hotel booked, there was not enough room. My sheets weren't changed the whole week!!. The mattress was a little too firm. Other Hampton Inns I have been at, have pillow top mattresses. N/A. Not as updated as other locations. Breakfast lacked hot choices other than waffles. Only carbs and processed eggs for breakfast. Carpet. Room was small and bathroom sink was outside the bathroom. There wasn't a fridge. the hotel looked like it was a budget motel made over to look more upscale. room was very small. The side our room on seemed very sketchy next to a huge parking lot with empty trailers. bathroom had urine odor outdoor motel set-up, not a true hotel. Maids make a lot of noise in the hallways very early in the morning, enough to wake you up from a sound sleep. One small negative is there is no "Par Per View" to rent movies and an empty mini bar. Room had a funny odor. Outside door openings-not a fan. Water in tub started by itself when adjoining room started their shower. Room right near the stairs-second floor-no elevator,big suitcase....need I say more.... I was told I would have a microwave and refrigerator in my room, there was not. Told that was a special request when my confirmation told me I would have it. That was very disappointing. Too far from town. Not a refrigerator and microwave in everyroom. location atmosphere carpet in the room 2 star level.
