We have no complaints about our stay. Our room was very clean & comfortable. The staff was great. The shuttle was exactly on time. No complaints here! We're planning to stay again in September. Previous comments I read about the hotel being of shoddy quality with an uncaring staff were unfounded. I found the room to be fine and the staff as well. It is next to airport Quite value for money Free pick up and drop shuttle Comfortable rooms.
alla recensioner » Was impressed with the location, convenience and professional staff. Price I thought originally what I was to pay was a good price. housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and comfortable. Everything was fine. Close to airport. staff was great. My toilet was stopped up for over 8 hours and I received poor service in getting the matter resolved. I was told to go back to my room and wait tell service comes in which it never did and the next morning I approach the owner and demanded someone come to fix it. Easily accessible, very budget friendly, clean, friendly staff. The location and price were great. The guy working at the front desk was helpful, but the place is a disaster. The shuttle to the airport. The bus to the airport. Location to airport. Absolutely nothing. Location only!. We slept. Nothing. Everything was great!. Wifi was tough to start. I was able start in laptop after 5-10 min as start up screen was not showing up for a while but in iPhone it was not possible. I guess due to my lack of checking out info completely, I was charged an additional fee for leaving my vehicle parked at the hotel for a week. wish the windows would open. The remote did not work and the bathtub was slippery. Hard to get in and out of for a disabled person. Nothing. Has paint peeling off the unit interior wall. good room for the money. Construction noise. I thought the staffs were lousy and the morning breakfast was horrific. Their juice machine didn't work, they were out of milk and just poor food quality. Very unhappy. Continental breakfast was already out of items by 8:30 am, our room (king size bed) did not have a hair dryer, iron/ironing board, and a fridge. The air conditioner did not work too well and the rooms were not too clean. The dirty carpets. The cold room. The bathroom had mildew or mold all around the bathtub, there was an unpleasant odor so I didn't even want to take a shower. Torn sheets on beds. Dirty blankets on beds. Size of the toilet/bathroom. Fire alarm going off in room. Dirty dirty place. Sheets bleed Red onto my sleepware. Breakfast ended at 9am instead of 10am. Staff quite inconsiderate, and quite uncaring. Dust accumalaiton from where new carpet was installed. Almost hour wait for shuttle after 3 seperate calls. Sign on desk states "shuttle every half hour", however that is false. When you go down they say you have to call and schedule the night before or hour before you want to leave. Everything!. The toilet over flood . The bed spreads were dirty. And the walkway smelled of urine. Staff not trained. 3 times before card key entry worked. Dirty room. Breakfast was stall muffin. Cheap and felt every bit of it!. Charged more then what I was supposed to pay! Tv didn't work! Breakfast was awful!. Mold stained sheets blood on carpet smoke stains and smells in non smoking room cracks in walls door doesn't close fully hair in bed ice machines don't work 8 channel tv prostitutes dirt and dust.
