Room 23 had three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was a very retro-
looking, old-fashioned motel, right down to the 1950s-ea sign out front,
the kind of place I used to stay when I was a kid with my family.
Everything was spotlessly clean and the lady who ran the place was very

Great value for price. It is an old school motor coach motel with your own carport and an extra room that used to considered the "parents bedroom". Though it is old it is very well kept, clean and comfortable. And quiet as well even though it is just off a major road through Colorado Springs. It is close to restaurants, shopping, Garden of the Gods, and provides a great stop for access to Pike's Peak and historic Goldfield.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were kept, the room was very clean and comfortable, all the furnishing were in great shape and did not look like it had been thrown out the window a few times first.
It was a very pleasant stay. We will stay there again when we return to the springs, and will be bringing our children -

The price is what caught my attention. It was not even $42/night! My

The staff were great-not one grumpy staff person, and many helpful. Candy is a keeper, and not the only one. She was better than any concierges in Vegas hotels. Drawing maps, giving help when our Subaru needed repair. She keeps an 'even keel' with guests, a skill set that isn't easy to come by, based on my experience observing many hotels/motels while working as a job coach with Voc Rehab.

The hotel is located on the edge of old Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs so it was close to everything we wanted to see. It is an older hotel that has recently been remodeled. We had a kitchenette and a carport with our room. -
