  The staff was very good. When I arrived, apparently the hotel computer did not have my booking, which was done through letsbookhotel.com. I even showed the hotel representative the printout of my booking and she still could not find it in the computer. She stated it was not a problem and she just entered my information and gave me a room at the pr... vad folk säger » iced I booked it for. Great customer service on her part! - Very comfortable wonderful, wonderful mattress! No ice bucket and burned out light over the sink taken care of immediately! As we were leaving, loaded down with luggage, a passing housekeeper saw my dilemma and offered to help me down the stairs as there was no railing.

  The staff were very friendly and cooperative and jumped in immediately to fix the problems we had. The bed was comfortable - usually can't sleep in hotel beds but this one was good. The location was good for visiting with our daughter and grand-daughter. - I liked the location, the comfortableness of the mattress and the friendliness of the maid.

  The hotel was full when we arrived and our room was on the second floor. My sister had knee replacement about 5 weeks prior to our arrival/ We were able to change rooms on Sunday afternoon to the first floor and it had been remolded and was very nice. - Staff very friendly, we had booked for one night but liked it so much we stayed for two.
