  The staff were very friendly and cooperative and jumped in immediately to fix the problems we had. The bed was comfortable - usually can't sleep in hotel beds but this one was good. The location was good for visiting with our daughter and grand-daughter. - I liked the location, the comfortableness of the mattress and the friendliness of the maid.

  This facility was spotless. Our room was immaculate and the pool was pristine even at 9am. We were not on the pool side so it was quite peaceful the whole time we were there. Smoking room was available for my companion which was appreciated by him. The staff were quite friendly and deserve a big congratulations on a job well done. The pool area was very nicely designed and very clean. Pool towels easily accessed at the pool and left in a bin after use. The breakfast provided variety for every taste. Coffee/tea available all day in lobby.

  The hotel was full when we arrived and our room was on the second floor. My sister had knee replacement about 5 weeks prior to our arrival/ We were able to change rooms on Sunday afternoon to the first floor and it had been remolded and was very nice. - Staff very friendly, we had booked for one night but liked it so much we stayed for two.
