  We stayed two nights...everyone was very friendly...tina was extremely helpful with an issue we had with our credit card...she knew just what to do.......also we had accidently got locked out of our poolside room...and on top of that the security latch was on the front door...the gentlemen that was called to open our door for us was there immediat... vad folk säger » ely...and very friendly....there was a nice lady who was in charge of the continential breakfast who was so nice and friendly .the breakfast was the h - we enjoyed the rooms, sleep number beds and cleanliness. Staff friendly. Nice people we interacted with also staying at the hotel. Good free breakfast. Great pool/hot tub and atmosphere :)

  I loved it. There was a mix up on the reservation that was really no one's fault. The staff changed the room and even moved me to it awaiting my son's arrival. So easy to get to the airport. Great restaurants nearby. The pool was wonderful. Met some really great people.   The staff were very friendly and cooperative and jumped in immediately to fix the problems we had. The bed was comfortable - usually can't sleep in hotel beds but this one was good. The location was good for visiting with our daughter and grand-daughter. - I liked the location, the comfortableness of the mattress and the friendliness of the maid.

  The room was neat and clean. Front desk personnel friendly. Even with the cleanly appearance one of our room was infested with bed bugs. The kids bitten terribly by these bed bugs. This matter was brought to the manager attention immediately.

  This facility was spotless. Our room was immaculate and the pool was pristine even at 9am. We were not on the pool side so it was quite peaceful the whole time we were there. Smoking room was available for my companion which was appreciated by him. The staff were quite friendly and deserve a big congratulations on a job well done.   The hotel was full when we arrived and our room was on the second floor. My sister had knee replacement about 5 weeks prior to our arrival/ We were able to change rooms on Sunday afternoon to the first floor and it had been remolded and was very nice. - Staff very friendly, we had booked for one night but liked it so much we stayed for two.
