  The room was clean and housekeeping seemed to have high standards and efficiency. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. - Very clean and housekeeping unobtrusive. Excellent location for anything downtown. Staff very polite and helpful.

  The staff was very accommodating. We had a late check in and the desk clerk was very kind explaining location of our room and all the ammenities available. The location was perfect for us while visiting family. - Very clean and check on was s breeze

  It was an OK distance to the ballpark and the area was safe enough to walk back after a night game. The pool was nice. It was very close to a waffle house for breakfast, as the hotel breakfast was pretty pricey. - The location was perfect for our one night stay to take in the festivities of Zinzinnati Oktoberfest.   Everything! My room (1503) at 15th floor, was actually huge living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Spacious and wonderful apartment, not a hotel room you would expect. Room was great, the view was great, Cafe Martin downstairs is great, location as well, 5 minutes walk from Fountains Square. Stuff polite and friendly. WiFi fast and free... vad folk säger » ! Great gym at the very top floor with awesome view at Cincinnati. And the price of course! - We loved the views from the 14th floor.They were awesome! We're native Cincinnatians, and it's fun to see downtown from a new perspective. We could see the new murals created by Charley Harper, and the mural dedicated to Marthat, the last carrier pigeon from the Cincinnati zoo. This hotel room was so spacious, What a jewel! we will definitely stay again when we want to have an in-town getaway.
