We arrived after driving all night and asked about early check in. told the rooms wouldn't be ready till around 3pm. Asked if they knew anywhere we could freshen up before going to puerto football hall of fame. The maid over heard and said she would clean clean rooms right now. We were able to shower and clean up before our trip. Thanks again...
The lady who greeted us and checked us in/out was very friendly and helpful. She even signed me up for the choice rewards program. The room was very clean and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised at this hotel. The beds were so comfortable. Everything looked like it had just been redone; new carpeting, fresh paint, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. For the price we would stay here again.
It was quiet and was able to relax and not be disturbed. Staff was very
friendly and very accomodating and made you feel very welcome. Liked
having a refrigerator and microwave in the room for my use and also the
coffeemaker.
Originally we were supposed to stay on 3rd floor but when we advised we didn't want to climb stairs they put us on the 1st floor. Hot breakfast was simple but perfect. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Would stay there again.
Location was great. Convenient to not only the Hall of Fame but also a wide variety of restaurants. Room was very nice and had a refrigerator and microwave unlike any other budget hotel on this trip.

Roooms were clean and remodelled. Breakfast was fine with waffles,

Nothing...it was a great experience. It is a budget hotel but it was clean, comfortable and friendly.
Breakfast area wasn't large enough for the amount of people that are
staying at the hotel at one time...would suggest making it larger...took
my breakfast back to my room to eat. Also need a larger selection there
was not enough variety.
Bathroom door didn't close fully. Breakfast area way too small (only 3 tables). The room was clean but smelled dingy until the a/c ran for a bit. No elevators.
Breakfast buffet was limited in choices and not a large enough space for it.
No elevator, I had hip replacement surgery, not long ago & that made
it hard carrying 3 suit cases up the steps to 2nd floor.

Under construction No Pool Friday Night Noisy Very Noisy Kid Running
Back and Forth. It Took 3 Phones calls to the front desk for a 1.5 hour
period to get the Kid to Stop Running around.
I had some difficulty finding the hotel as it was under construction and my GPS indicated the other side of the street.
There was a power failure so the place was without electricity for my whole visit - evening until morning departure. I realize this is beyond the management's control.
The biggest concern was the parking lot littered with trash and beer bottles. I had to clean up some beer bottles for fear of a flat tire.
Not a great experience at all.
* Upon check in we stood at the desk for about 8 min looking at a sign that read, "be back in 5 min, if not call the desk" and the man before me was there for 10 minutes before me.
* Hotel was not busy, few patrons, but we were put in a room, upstairs, and at the end of the hall, and no elevator system.

Did not like them fact that we were charged more by booking ahead on
line. It was not clean !! We heard noise all night not very sound proof.
Doors banging, dirty shower, garbage in the cans, re fridge not working.
Said hot breakfast. ...What a joke!!.
Sheets were dirty. Carpet was dirty. Tub was dirty. Was put in a room
directly next to construction. Was not told about the construction prior
to booking. No refrigerator.
