  Our room was excellent. We had dinner at the hotel and ordered dinner salads, which were missing 1 ingredient. The restaurant manager not only promptly brought the missing ingredient, but brought me a complimentary dessert.   The front desk staff were very freindly and helpful. The free shuttle to sfo departs every 10 min. From sfo, you can take the bart or a host or other transportation modes to sf, South of sf and the Bay area. Anywhere!   Two guys hogged the computers in the lobby (both looking up inane junk). I paced up and down trying to hint to them that I needed to print a boarding pass (neither took the hint, though they kept looking at me). My wife and I also stayed there back in September 2010 and we found front of house staff similarly helpful. - My boyfriend and I had missed our midnight flight back home and were very frustrated about checking into a hotel. The front desk woman was very friendly and helpful on shuttle times and making sure we had a wake up call. The hotel was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for that short time at our hotel.

  Breakfast was really good with great selection and a regular shuttle bus was great to get to the airport. Bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and modern! I shopped around and found it to be a lot cheaper than others in the area yet the scores were better and I can see why.   the staff were helpful and friendly. we arrived early but were allowed into our room anyway having been inflight for over 13 hours. The breakfast was good. the staff recommended restaurants for dinner. - hotel room was spacious, and accommodations were great, our room looked identical to the room on the web site. Hated to leave!

  The whole experience of staying at this hotel was very positive. The staff was very friendly, and helpful, the location ideal, the breakfast was extensive, and tasty. The rooms were large, and well kept. I would definately stay here again.   The staff was very pleasant and accomodating. The motel was very clean and well appointed. Overall, the motel was above my expectations for the value.
