i liked that carla took time to take good care of us. she got my room early so we could get dressed for a wedding that started at 4:00. she was very kind and professional. i loved our breakfast. great nutritional choices and a big variety. great breakfast area! thank you. Loved it all! Super friendly staff. Our room was immaculate!! Lots of fluffy pillows and plenty of towels. The bathroom was super clean...I'm a stickler for bathrooms. Loved the Texas sized and shaped waffles in the morning. Would stay here over and over!!.
alla recensioner » This hotel is exceptionally clean. When you walk through the door you can smell the newness of the hotel even though it is a year old. The staff is very friendly. Everything about this hotel is great!! I would recommend anyone staying. Clean, rooms were very nice, and included a fridge and microwave. We travel to San Marcos to see our college son and have not been very happy with the choices available for a reasonable price. We will absolutely stay there again. Your staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean , neat and comfortable. My check in was quick and easy . I felt very welcome and relaxed . The breakfast was very nice thank you . I will be back . Thank you. The hotel is located on a great area. You feel safe and you're close to Hwy. access, close to restaurants. Post Ofc., has stations. Was very clean and comfortable. There was to be a manager's special (drinks and snacks) in the afternoon from 5 to 7. We went to the lobby at 5:30 and there was no drinks, snacks or manager and the desk clerk didn't have any idea why. The night staff was friendly, but the daytime staff didn't speak to us as we were coming and going--I.e. good morning, etc. the second day as we were leaving, I had to wait about ten minutes at the desk for someone to help me and ther was another couple behind me. These thing would not stop us from returning, just a little constructive criticism. No one at the front desk when we arrived, dirty set of sheets bundled inside the rollaway, didn't like lighting in the room, prefer lamplight, breakfast could have been better. Nothing. We would have liked a more slender pillow, not so full. nothing!!!!!'. room 116 is to close to main office and breakfest room very noisey. Queen beds a bit small. I booked online and used my visa. Yet when I got to the motel, I was charged again. When I got home I checked and the charge went through on 3/22 when I booked. The charge from the hotel which was $10 more has not showed up on my account yet, but we have only been home a couple days. Very confusing. Breakfast items need to be refilled before the trays are empty. Too often, we and other people had to ask about getting coffee, bagels, waffle batter or yogurt. Room next to elevator. When I arrived they did not have my reservation on file and instead of a single I got a double room. Breakfast was boring.There should be eggs for breakfast. Didn't honor our request to have rooms close to our daughter and grandson. A.C. was noisy and pillows way too fat for comfort. The smell coming from the air conditioner was really bad. We actually thought it was cat urine. Bed would vibrate when industrial dryers were in use. Lost sleep awoke to vibrating bed.
