We stayed at the Grand Regency during Spring Break in March of 2013. We were not for sure what sort of place we would be staying in... Needless to say it was Spectacular!! We were extremely impressed with the size of the rooms, bathrooms, decor, the fireplace, the ambience! The pictures on the web do not do this resort justice. Everything is extremely spacious and kind friendly! We liked that the resort is a short distance off the strip but easily accessible. You can miss the main traffic when .
alla recensioner » The Grand Regency resort was had professional staff which includes a clean and comfortable units that are family friendly. Will be where we stay in all future trips down to Branson, MO. There were Four of us adults staying in the unit and we all had plenty of room. Loved that the property is located in the back of thousands hills on there property but does not belong to them. The views on this property along with great parking and privacy are nice to have not but five to six minutes depending o. We loved the location, the space, the full kitchen, the large masterbath, the layout of the resort. We loved the price. We were able to stay with our children and their partners and everyone had room. The nice sized apartment over 1,000 square feet gave us plenty of room and comfort for our stay. Lots of privacy on the hillside where we stayed. Quiet - off the main strip, nice location, comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath condo, laundry in unit, full kitchen, fireplace. The second room was wonderful, and we appreciate the staff getting us moved. Lots of room, very clean, good location. Perfect for a Branson weekend. Atmosphere of the rooms - decor. Accomodations, location. It was a really nice place to stay. We enjoyed our stay. Pricing and comfort was great! Very relaxing stay!. Loved the size and quality of the accommodations. Was very nice and clean. The plumbing was bad so the hot tub did not drain, nor did one of the toilets in the bathroom. letsbookhotel.com had the address wrong so we were lost. Finally when we found it the check-in was in one location and the actual room was miles down the street. When we finally found the room it wad finished being cleaned and had to move rooms. Im very unsatisfied but the front desk guy was very polite and helpful. I liked having a kitchen to cook most of our meals in. I also enjoyed having two rooms and facilities. Location, quiet. The hotel was nice but what goes on there is a different story, My kids witnessed drug dealing and what they said is lots of prostitution going on in the rooms. Will never stay there again even if i was paid too.... Danger. Great place to stay. Very beautiful on a small budget. Very comfortable felt like home. Staff was great and helpful. Our air conditioning wouldnt work. So they upgraded us to a nicer room. No complaints. Not having a pool on the gr grounds during the summer could present a small problem if. Not planned out. They should include additional trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper and Antibacterial soap in units for guests especially with families that are larger. Wasn't something we did not like it would have just been nice to not to go and buy it yourself. The website said that we would have a spa tub or jucuzzi and we did not. Would have liked a bigger patio. There was a chair with broken leg at the dining room table. Sofa bed needed better mattress. Stool in masterbath ran randomly at night. maybe could use a few more supplies in the room on arrival such as soap and trash bags. Direction to property was bit confusing but not that big of a deal. No swimming pool on premises. Heard the neighbors talking and tv when in master bedroom/bath. Our first room's air conditioner was broken and our room was HOT, we had asked for linens for the sofa and there weren't any, but the staff moved us to another room for our second night. We did not know you had to check in at another resort, so were a little frustrated at first. All was good. Maybe if it had a pool. Check in staff was not very friendly, did not give me my key or directions until I asked for them before walking out the door. The floors were paper thin. You could hear every move by the people above. If they had had children, it could have been miserable. As it was, it was great!. no pool no wifi. We had trouble finding the resort and our room. They need to give you a map and the room numbers are confusing. We didn't understand the g part. No wifi, even though advertised there was. People upstairs came in really late (around 3:30 am) and the thin ceilings/walls made it very noisy. Being on the ground floor. Did not have wifi in the building. I could not do work. Major inconvenience! You can hear people upstairs easily. The place to check in is about 3-5 miles away, no signs to let you know, when we called the staff couldn't give us directions to get from the Grand Regency to the check in at another hotel. Started our trip off on a stressful note. Check-in done at another location. They were nice but really not interested in us. Book in condo talked about swimming pool but never saw one or where to go. Only two buildings of condos and had to hunt where ours was as not real plain. The plumbing was bad so the hot tub did not drain, nor did one of the toilets in the bathroom. Booking.com had the address wrong so we were lost. Finally when we found it the check-in was in one location and the actual room was miles down the street. When we finally found the room it wad finished being cleaned and had to move rooms. Im very unsatisfied but the front desk guy was very polite and helpful. The staff is rude , there is no workout rooms or pool on site. The condos also do not offer WiFi. The decor is outdated and rooms very uncomfortable. Not very clean, worn out looking furniture, microwave didn't work, awful water pressure in the shower. There were holes in the walls, tears in the wallpaper, candy in the carpet. The toilet didn't work properly.
