  Clean Housekeeper was honest and friendly Breakfast was fresh and clean Location across from the mall and restaurants. Beautiful set up of the rooms, lobby and eating area. Accessible to transportation. I liked everything about my room, period. I would stay to Hyatt again. - Early checkin, Hotel was close to Red Line train, and Mall.   Very friendly shuttle bus service, especially someone from brazil who has been working with comfort more than 10 years. Thank you to him I had a very good start of my trip in Boston.   We only stayed one night so possibly not in the best position to comment but it was most comfortable and suited for what we needed.hotel was very close to South Shore Plaza Shopping Centre if you are interested in shopping and close enough to the city if you have a car to drive-otherwise a 40 minute ride on the T-line which is very close.good side... vad folk säger » of the city if you are heading towards Wrenthem shopping outlet or Cape Cod.. - Staff very receptive.
