  Great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful answering not only our hotel questions but assisting us with getting the most out of our stay in the area. There was a good variety of choice at breakfast and overall the facilities were very good. The manager and staff made it possible to stay in the same room for a second night. All of the folks there were very friendly, and eager to be of service.

  Great location. Good decor. Wonderful shower!! Wine in afternoon, breakfast included. Lovely lobby area to sit and visit, especially good for us as we were visiting family and one of our party was also staying at the Village Inn. - Quaint with modern updates, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, etc. Bed very comfortable.   The rooms were lovely and cozy. I was not expecting a motel room to have so much attention to detail such as hard wood floors and wood ceilings, plushy super soft beds, attractive side table and chairs. The rooms were spotlessly clean and came with the essential mod cons, wifi, flat screen tv. Our room was very comfortable, and the mattress appears new. The booking said there was no meal option, but a continental breakfast was provided.Handy location to the Parkway and the nice town of Blowing Rock. - We thought this hotel was a little difficult to find and a bit off the beaten track.
