  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the intercontinental. The staff were amazing and made my stay as comfortable as possible. Luis at the front desk was awesome and helped me arrange my day trips and seeing the sites. I can't compliment him enough for his help!   We got upgraded to a suite as it was our honeymoon. The room was quite simply the best I have stayed in and I've stayed in a few suites.   As I had to vacate my home for renovations I was pretty tired the first night I checked in my room made a noise..they gladly moved me to a smaller room ( only room available) and discounted it. The following day they upgraded me to Villa # 55. from here on the stay was great............would have loved to have stayed longer. We were lucky to enjoy a 'Live at the Sunset Marquis' summer concert by the pool during our stay. Magical! We took our children for breakfast to Mel's Diner on Sunset Av. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance.

Fabulous hotel would stay he - Room was clean. Check in/out was quick. Location is excellent and safe, close to great restaurants like Bouchon and Spago, easily accessible (with a car) to places like Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Santa Monica, it just took us about 20 minutes to Downtown. There are also convenience stores and a couple of public parkings within walking distance from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, it was very quick and easy to rent a car through the hotel.

  I loved the hotel and all the staff. The hotel was beautiful and our room was so spacious and elegant. All the concierge staff were always available to help us in anyway. Christine in particular went out of her way to provide us with traveling tips and helpful maps, etc. They had a complimentary shuttle service that we used each day.
