For what we paid, couldn't ask for more. Reserved the wrong size room the front desk was more than accommodating getting us into the right room, a big thanks to Lety. Pool was good size and open till 10. Kids loved that. The size of the room Cleanliness Price Big TV The room had everything we needed. It was a clean comfortable place to lay your head on a pillow for the night.

Good location to experience the Cascade Mtns. Cleanliness of room was great!. very good price. They are in process of remodeling and the room we stayed in was decent. Mainly it was the price that did it for us. I got 5 days for $227 including tax. We were snowboarding at bachelor so the room wasn't really our main focus and it worked out fine. Bed was very comfy, plenty of room. Had microwave and refrigerator. Info on line said no breakfast, so surprised and delighted to find small complimentary breakfast. Centrally located in Bend. Ac in room. Large bathroom. Indoor pool. Room furniture/decor updated. Good price. Nice to have pool/spa. It was cheap so I did not complain. Room was clean. Cost. As soon as the handyman on site found out that we had made reservations through letsbookhotel.com he upgraded us to a newly remodeled room which was almost dbl the space, a flat screen TV, a full size fridge, and newer decor and linens (comforter). He said room 107 and 108 are the best rooms. We said in 146. Pool was nice. Family suites were good size. Not much, just the price. Price. Updated bathroom. the jacuzzi. nothing. Large room, three queen beds and two bunk beds and a sleeper sofa, fireplace. Nothing - room was in extremely poor condition - needing many repairs -. the indoor pool was great. A little dated, but they have done the best with what they have. Could hear lots of noise through walls Facilities looked unkept from the outside. The spa was out of service and this was the reason we chose this motel. Need to fix shower it leaks and sprays all over. That on the website it stated that they had a gym and in fact they didn't but the gal in charge told me it is in progress which was ok but advertisement means a lot when you book. Shower was hard. rooms clean but shared facilities needing a good clean. Bed was uncomfortable. couldn't get wifi to work. Because it's an older motel, the walls are paper thin. We could hear people in the next room talking sometimes. On the first night we came back room service forgot to clean our room. But the part I found a bit gross was the hot tub. There is so much sludge built up on the edges of it that it looked and smelled like they only just pour more chorine in it and didn't scrub it out to clean it. Only plug in in bathroom was by the door on the way out...a ways from sink...inconvenient. Pool did not open until 10 am...not so good for those just traveling thru who would like to swim/hot tub before leaving. One of the outlets in my daughters room was hanging from the wall...and the air conditioner was in a closet and not vented to the outside...scary!!. Pool hours are not the best. Hot tub is not hot. Hoses run on floor from the wall to the hot tub. No lifesaver ring in the pool area. There is no book in room to tell you local information like restaurants, tv channels & hotel information. Shower head is very low. Cleaning service provides minimal coffee items in room like only one sugar pack per cup & only one pack of regular coffee. Price is high for a motel of this kind. Non-smoking rooms had smoking rooms on either side. Could smell neighbor's smoke through the AC opening. Need to put non-smoking rooms across parking lot from smoking rooms. Tiles around pool very slippery, needed cleaning. The restroom floor was dirty. There was body hair and accumulated dirt where floor and walls meet. It was noticeable that maid service did not clean thoroughly. Will not stay here again. In much need of repairs. All the faucets in the bathroom dripped. I queued my selection of hotels by WI-Fi availability and access to an indoor pool and hot tub. I could not receive the Wi-Fi signal from my room and the pool and hot tub were shut down for major maintenance repairs. Shower plumbing in bathroom also had dripping issues. The room didn't have any curtains, only blinds that didn't cover the full length of the window. So we took a towel and placed it over the blinds for privacy. Tv hard to find plug in for. Skimpy breakfast. Low budget motel. Lobby is run down and small. Wi-fi didn't work most of the time. Didn't say anything about discounts at local restaurants. Room furhishings, Bed, breakfast, shower, were less than impressive. The hot tub was broken. There wasn't a table in our room. Coffee pot dirty , no locks on door . dirty, old and in disrepair. it smelled. unsafe wiring exposed. Heater took forever to work. Found items under bed from last guest. Cleanliness was poor. Staff had don't care attitude about the problem with the room. Will not stay there again. Will spend more money on a better,cleaner hotel! !. The two night party above us while my family I were trying to sleep. (Called the office and they told the "partiers" what room made the complaint) The place was dirty. There was trash under the beds. The staff never put the clean towels where they should have gone; they just left them semi folded on the counter. The carpet was dirty. The bathtub didn't drain very well so while taking a shower, ended up in ankle deep water. The beds were hard or worn out springs. The maintenance team should over haul the entire room. We would not use the sink or shower or sit on the furniture. We have pictures to show the condition. The worst room we have ever stayed in. the rooms were tiny and out dated. no electrical outlets in the bathroom the room description I booked was not even offered at this motel.
