  Courteous staff and very welcoming. I arrived earlier than expected and was allowed to check in early. Room was comfortable and clean. With my two sons at a nearby college, this is the perfect place to stay when visiting them. - the front desk person was extremely helpful...room was large and clean...good visit...would definitely use again

  This is an extraordinary experience in my opinion. The proprietor, Valerie, went out of her way to ensure our comfort and enjoyment of the stay. The building itself is worth the experience, but when combined with the service and thoughtfulness we received, it made for a truly unique visit. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Owners did a magnificent job redecorating this historic firehouse. Our visit will be rated as the top ocomodations we hsd on our east coast color tour.

  I liked Vickie the Front desk clerk. She was very helpful and polite. The bed was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was a nice benefit and I liked that it started at 6:00 am. - Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.
