  The staff was exceptional. Friendly, helpful and eager without being intrusive. The concierge made several helpful recommendations regarding dining and shopping and was quick to make reservations on the spot. The room itself was wonderful. The entire staff was amazing, but during our stay we saw him most. The rooms are great (HUGE) which was very helpful (we were there for our wedding and had a lot of extra luggage). Hotel is within walking distance to great shopping and food! Overall great!

  The condo was large and beautifully decorated. Beds and bedding were luxurious and bedrooms and bathrooms were at opposite ends of the condo providing privacy. Plenty of space for entertaining (which we did on several occasions because Whole Foods and Trader Joe's were right next door).   We loved the apartment-style timeshare feel of this place. It looked, smelled and felt like nobody had ever stayed in our unit before. The two bedrooms with king beds, two full baths, kitchen, living room and patio were perfect for us 4 adults. I will be returning in the near future. And it was pet friendly :)

  Great location for me - a few minutes from both downtown and from UNC Asheville. The immediate area around the hotel was mostly high density commercial - chain restaurants, chain hotels, a shopping mall, etc. but since the hotel was set back a good distance from the main road it was still quite quiet.   Even though it rained and was a dreary weekend, the atmosphere inside the Inn was cosy and warm.   I like that they have their own parking garage. Although you have to pay 5 dollars per day, it is still worth it since this hotel is right in downtown and finding parking there can be difficult. I love that its very hip and unique.. The lobby has alot of character.   I liked that when I mistakenly left a bag next to my car and drove off without it (in Asheville, NC,a staff member found it and immediately turned it over to the management. It - We stayed at the Hampton inn for our 24th wedding anniversary. We were greeted so kindly and was even given a gift certificate to a very nice restaurant as a gift for our anniversary. Even printed out menus so we could decide ahead if this would be a restaurant we would like to eat at. We were going to the Biltmore the Nxt day They gave us step by step directions to get there. We were very impressed we can't wait to go back and stay there again very soon.
