  Very pleased with all aspects of this hotel! The guest service reps. were very helpful and promt with whatever information I needed. The facility was updated, clean and very Comfortable. The room was spacious with enough room for our luggage, my 4 yr old's restlessness and my disabled husband's wheelchair! My family will definitely stay here again on our next trip!! - The spacious room, was very clean as well. Room came with complimentary Starbucks coffees and teas. Very clean hallway and elevator. Lobby looks very luxurious. Shuttle service to Disney goes every 30 mins from the hotel, and every 15 and 45 minutes from the Disney, very convenient overall. I will stay again in Sheraton when I'm going to Disneyland.

  John at the front desk was the most amazingly helpful and pleasant person that I dealt with during my two week stay in the USA!!! I would recommend the Hilton Anaheim to friends and family just because he was so great to deal with. Close to a lot of takeaway stores. Outlets weren't to far. Staff were very freindly. Secured parking was good. Room service deserts are amazing. Need to try the burgers from the restaurant mmm. King suite with the Disney view is beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Couldn't wake up.

  This is small hotel on a nice quiet street, which I last visited 9 years ago. The new owners have recently taken over and lots of changes have been made, (the bar and restaurant have been updated and new child water play area is a work in progress). Proximity to Disneyland is hard to beat, (15 minute stroll to Downtown Disney, with an extra 5 min... vad folk säger » utes to main Park(s). A regular shuttle service is available ($6) if you don't want to walk). Friendliness of staff - the reception team were great, - Second time here...the kids used the pool this time and loved it..Never hear any neighbors at this hotel, not in the hallway, above or next to us, ever. Love that. Plenty of parking (even though they charge you for parking and a "parking tax" on top of that) the spots are big and you are not crammed in. Room was clean and comfortable.

  The staff was excellent. From the time I called to let them know I would be late to the calls we made for extra things like blankets. They were helpful, friendly and personable. - The staff could not have been more helpful and the location to disney was great, only a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was also really good.

  Our stay at this hotel was excellent. My husband wasn't feeling well when we checked in, so they prepared our room quickly so that he could rest, this was our first impression of their great service. The parking is close to the check in area, very convenient. Close proximity to Disneyland which was the sole purpose of our stay. - Excellent hotel! Location is 5 minutes walk to Anaheim Convention Center, 20 min walk to Downtown Disney, and 10 min to Anaheim Garden Walk. Excellent value. The hotel is extremely clean, the room is spacious, and the staff members are very courteous. We could see fireworks from Disneyland from our room. What else can we ask for! We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Anaheim.

  It was great value for the price - Clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. A plus to have a restaurant and lounge in the building. The shuttle for the Disney Resort Area was so convenient with a stop right outside the lobby.   We were afraid that at these prices we've be staying in a scroungy place, but we were very pleasantly surprised. Nice big safe that our laptop fit into, clean rooms with fridge and microwave, and right across from the main entrance to the park. Staff were very friendly and helpful. - This is the second time that we have stayed here and I have been happy both times. There isn't anything fancy about this hotel, but the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly and the pool is well maintained and to top it off you can't beat the location. The hotel is right across the street from Disneyland. Which is nice after you have been at the park and just want to get back to your to your room. Especially if you have young children.

  Amazing location, right next to Disneyland and the Anaheim convention center. Very friendly nice staff...large double room with very comfy beds, easy parking. Spanish style 3 story motel with outside elevator, very convenient and easy. We enjoyed the atmosphere, the service was good the staff was friendly. Although the power went out on our last day the hotel staff handled it well and gave us access to another room so that I could use the blow dryer.
