  Brooke at the front desk was wonderful and incredibly helpful. The room was very clean. All of the amenities were newer and up to date. We asked to be in a quiet location, it was perfect and we slept so well. I'm veryyyy picky with my hotels. It was the first time we had stayed other than Disneyland Hotel,I was a little nervous.   We had two rooms as we were travelling with family and going to Disneyland. It was walking distance, clean and comfortable. There was a shuttle service available in a nearby street, but even with a 4yo (and stroller) we still walked. - Staff was great

  I like this place much better than the Annabella, which we stayed at over our honeymoon, and it's about the same distance from the park, just on the opposite side of the property. The ambiance is like a nightclub and very hip. Great customer service- staff was awesome from bartenders, maintenance, waitresses, dining room to front desk! Love the buffet (a little pricey) and the music was great all around the place.

  We love being able to park right outside of our door. The rooms were very clean and spacious. It was a short walk to the Toy Story parking lot where we caught a bus to Disneyland each morning.   Very pleased with all aspects of this hotel! The guest service reps. were very helpful and promt with whatever information I needed. The facility was updated, clean and very Comfortable. The room was spacious with enough room for our luggage, my 4 yr old's restlessness and my disabled husband's wheelchair! My family will definitely stay here again on our next trip!! - The spacious room, was very clean as well. Room came with complimentary Starbucks coffees and teas. Very clean hallway and elevator. Lobby looks very luxurious. Shuttle service to Disney goes every 30 mins from the hotel, and every 15 and 45 minutes from the Disney, very convenient overall. I will stay again in Sheraton when I'm going to Disneyland.

  From the moment i walked in to register for my room i was welcomed by the candid smile of the two young, yet very decorous receptionists. I had booked my room with not much time in advanced with the concern that my family would not have the same experience as hotels with bigger names.   This is small hotel on a nice quiet street, which I last visited 9 years ago. The new owners have recently taken over and lots of changes have been made, (the bar and restaurant have been updated and new child water play area is a work in progress). Proximity to Disneyland is hard to beat, (15 minute stroll to Downtown Disney, with an extra 5 min... vad folk säger » utes to main Park(s). A regular shuttle service is available ($6) if you don't want to walk). Friendliness of staff - the reception team were great, - Second time here...the kids used the pool this time and loved it..Never hear any neighbors at this hotel, not in the hallway, above or next to us, ever. Love that. Plenty of parking (even though they charge you for parking and a "parking tax" on top of that) the spots are big and you are not crammed in. Room was clean and comfortable.

  The staff was excellent. From the time I called to let them know I would be late to the calls we made for extra things like blankets. They were helpful, friendly and personable. - The staff could not have been more helpful and the location to disney was great, only a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was also really good.

  Good value for money, this motel was a three night base while we explored Disney land so we didn't want to spend a lot of money as we were not going to be there for a lot of the time. As it turned out, the Disney parks were very close so this was in a good location. Also there are lots of facilities nearby like shopping malls, restaurants, pharm... vad folk säger » acy, etc. Pool and Spa were a bonus and although small, we were the only people in there most of the time. An initial problem with a room was swiftly - The staff. They were friendly and helpful. They gave us a room suitable for us as my husband has mobility disabilities; the bath had handle bars. They were also flexible over a booking error that I had made and helped sort out the mistake swiftly and pleasantly. Room was clean and the promised free wifi worked without problems. Like the location - close but not too close to Disneyland

  The hotel was very close to Angel Stadium and the cost was comparable to others in the area. The staff were very helpful and friendly - Family friendly, large room to family with kids, very close to Angel Stadium, which is convenient for us watching baseball game.
