  The hotel is literally a five minute walk to the main gate of Disneyland. Around the hotel there are several food places to eat. The Valet service was amazing! Such good guys and worth paying them to park my car instead of paying the hotel the same amount and attempt to find a parking spot. Fairly easy to find and the entrance to get back on the highway is really close by. There was no excessive nois - The location of the facility was great, it is walking distance from Disneyland. There is alot of resturants close by as well. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very cleaned. The housekeeping kept the room cleaned and brought fresh towels everyday and made the beds every day. The location of the facility is in a great location within walking distance from downtown disney, disneyland, california adventures, resturants, etc.

  The location was perfect for Disneyland. We parked when we arrived and didn't use the car again until we left for home. There are plenty of food options close and the pool is great as well. The hotel was clean and the service was great. One of the elevators was down one day and they had it up and running by the next time we checked. We loved all the facilities like the pool area, inexpensive breakfast buffet, gym, laundry, business centre were great. The staff were also very friendly and knowledgable.

  We had two rooms as we were travelling with family and going to Disneyland. It was walking distance, clean and comfortable. There was a shuttle service available in a nearby street, but even with a 4yo (and stroller) we still walked. - Staff was great

  I like this place much better than the Annabella, which we stayed at over our honeymoon, and it's about the same distance from the park, just on the opposite side of the property.   The staff was very welcoming and accomodating. The room set-up was good for a big family which is hard to find at a reasonable price in the LA area. The breakfast was fine, the usual eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, etc. We did not happen to be there for Disney on this trip but it seemed like all the other families were. The housekeeping department does a very good job in keeping the rooms clean and straightening out our stuff that we just laid around the place. The front desk (Eric & the night time girl with glasses) was very helpful and friendly with questions that we had. They were there to make us feel at home which they did. Love this place. We will definitely be back.

  The Happy Hour and morning buffet were great. the suite rooms are nice and it slept 5. The room wasn't ready at 3pm not tile after 4pm actually, but the gal comped parking than bought us (5) drinks at the resturant.   I loved everything about this resort! As soon as I stepped out of the elevator and took a deep breath, I knew I was going to enjoy my stay and be comfortable. I work in a sterile part of a hospital and the smell of the hotel was sooo clean! That's how I judge a hotel's cleanliness. The room was the same, clean. It was a wonderful surprise and an exciting time for our so - Overall, I thought the location was good. It was less than a ten minute walk with a stroller. We were next to a 7/11 in case we forgot something. The staff upgraded us to a suite which was nice. I liked having a fridge and microwave. I also enjoyed the parking, and wi-fi being no additional cost. In addition, the breakfast was nice all the basics but one less expense that I didn't have to worry about.

  Very pleased with all aspects of this hotel! The guest service reps. were very helpful and promt with whatever information I needed. The facility was updated, clean and very Comfortable. The room was spacious with enough room for our luggage, my 4 yr old's restlessness and my disabled husband's wheelchair! My family will definitely stay here again on our next trip!! - The spacious room, was very clean as well. Room came with complimentary Starbucks coffees and teas. Very clean hallway and elevator. Lobby looks very luxurious. Shuttle service to Disney goes every 30 mins from the hotel, and every 15 and 45 minutes from the Disney, very convenient overall. I will stay again in Sheraton when I'm going to Disneyland.

  This is small hotel on a nice quiet street, which I last visited 9 years ago. The new owners have recently taken over and lots of changes have been made, (the bar and restaurant have been updated and new child water play area is a work in progress). Proximity to Disneyland is hard to beat, (15 minute stroll to Downtown Disney, with an extra 5 min... vad folk säger » utes to main Park(s). A regular shuttle service is available ($6) if you don't want to walk). Friendliness of staff - the reception team were great, - Second time here...the kids used the pool this time and loved it..Never hear any neighbors at this hotel, not in the hallway, above or next to us, ever. Love that. Plenty of parking (even though they charge you for parking and a "parking tax" on top of that) the spots are big and you are not crammed in. Room was clean and comfortable.

  The staff was excellent. From the time I called to let them know I would be late to the calls we made for extra things like blankets. They were helpful, friendly and personable. - The staff could not have been more helpful and the location to disney was great, only a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was also really good.
