Staff was efficient and quickly got to business both on arrival and departure. The shuttle is excellent and arrives every 15 minutes, which is critical for flights. Very noise proof considering it's location to the runway. -

One night stay coming in on a late night arrival from DFW - easy transit from SFO to hotel via shuttle. Loved the loft idea and arriving in to a relaxing atmosphere in the lobby where guests were lounging on sofas, enjoying drinks, playing pool was very inviting. A very friendly welcome and accommodating, caring staff, especially Gail Simpson who was outstanding. She was entirely professional & nothing was too much trouble. A real asset to the hotel. Liked the friendly staff and hair dryers not connected to the bathroom
wall. There was renovation going on in The atrium ( it was completely
torn up and draped with plastic to keep the dust out) but we were not
disturbed in our bedroom at all. If we had been sleeping in the hidabed
we may have been disturbed however.

Hotel had a more personable feeling about it - some of the larger hotels are so impersonal. Staff were extremely friendly and greeted you upon arrival and departure. Staff were very responsive. The location is extremely good - quiet and within walking distance to many of the tourist sites.

This is an outstanding hotel. The service is superb and the staff courteous and polite. The dining experience is fabulous, and the chicken curry (ask for the white meat to be changed for dark meat) is divine. Room service is rapid, with the slowest delivery being 32 minutes - that would be extremely fast for most 5 star hotels that I have stayed in.

Bra hotell i de centrala delarna av SF. Bra, rent och rymligt rum. Trevligt att hotellet bjöd på vin varje dag mellan 17-18. Fungerar bra med parkering ca 200 m från hotellet. - Trevlig personal
