The over-all accommodations! We (this same group) had stayed in the Savannah location two years ago and were very impressed with it. The idea of the evening social was a unique feature and certainly a plus for guest retention.

We came in at midnight on Xmas night and weregretted by a lovely front desk employee who promptly checked us into aroom that was enormous with a great firm bed. I liked the proximity to the Arts Center and to the Amway center - less
than 10 minute walk, safe and easy. It is the perfect hotel to go to an
event at the Amway. All the staff was extremely polite, knowledgeable,
and helpful, and the dining options at the pub were good (cheap pizza,
or real entrees). The beds were super comfortable!

The friendly and professional manner in which Letitia handled my

smoking suite.
- After checking out, we needed to use wi-fi to contact home and couldn't find any. We went back to the hotel on the offchance we could use theirs and were promptly given the wi-fi password by a lovely member of staff.
- The suite was gorgeous.
- We needed extra time to pack in the morning and requested a later check-out time, which was granted.
