  The staff were fabulous, attentive, helpful, went the extra mile. Parking was easy, friendly, went the extra mile. Everyone called me by name! That matters. Room service food was yummy, elegant. Each staff member I met was warm, friendly and extremely professional. I would definitely return again and again!

The staff, the facilities and the location were second to none especially if you are travelling with older children.   I loved the hotel and all the staff. The hotel was beautiful and our room was so spacious and elegant. All the concierge staff were always available to help us in anyway. Christine in particular went out of her way to provide us with traveling tips and helpful maps, etc. They had a complimentary shuttle service that we used each day.
