  Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms are very comfortable and work well for my family. Hotel is close to Deira City Centre Mall which is very convenient. - The apartments were great, especially with 2 kids.

  The staff were very attentive and supportive. They will go out of their way to make sure the guests feel comfortable and satisfied. We had the privilege of being attended to by Mr. Ansar, Asish and the nice ladies from the front desk. We were offered free breakfast (which was not included in our booking and regretted that we didn't because the foo... vad folk säger » ds were superb). We had been to a lot of other luxury hotels in Dubai but we never felt so pampered. We will definitely stay in this hotel again and i - First time in Dubai so we wanted to stay in the old town. Room was spacious and bed very comfortabe, with AC. The location was great, 3min walk to the Deira Palm Metro (Very easy to figure out). 10-15min walk to the gold souks. The Double Decker tour bus collected us at 9:30am from the hotel. We booked a desert Safari also collected us form the hotel. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Taxis always available outside.   Nice staff, clean tidy place, wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived really early in the moring and had booked just one night, we should have booked for 2 nights but the manager allowed us into the room early and didn't charge us for early occupation.   Always a pleasant greeting from all staff. Laundry and room service punctual. Dining in the Terrace Restaurant very enjoyable. - Staff is always excellent and helpful. Room service was excellent as well.
