We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an
impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the
last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We
didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the
food was great. One of the days we stayed was my partners birthday and

The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the
receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The
room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage
treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa
and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge
me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs
I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great.

It was very quiet, especially with all the building constructions around and it was close to the international airport - The praivicy by having our own parking ,no need to pass by the reception every time ,the staff was very good

The location was excellent if you want to be in the centre of Dubai... just opposite the City Centre Mall, close to the Metro, plenty of taxis around, close to the airport. Almost the perfect Hotel. Clean & Comfortable with big rooms. Rooftop Pool offers panoramic views of the area. Nice neighbourhood with some interesting Restaurants,especially an Iraqi one, where you can watch the national fish dish ( Masgouf ), slowly roasting on wood embers ! . They also cook chicken & lamb on a Chargoal Grill. Highly recommend.

The cleanliness of the room. The fruit basket was nice on arrival. - The Hallmark is a nice hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. However, the price is a bit steep.
