  The hotel is very conveniently placed for travelling throughout Dubai, and reaching all attractions. In itself it is an attractive newly opened hotel, with comfortable rooms, and nice restaurant facility. Not on the grand scale of some of the large hotels in Dubai, but definately excellent value for money. The staff is well-informed and very friendly. The location is a bit awkward because of the construction, but this is not the fault of the hotel and one of Dubai's biggest malls is within five minutes' walk.

  very good staff and service. i came in the early morning and i thought i have to wait for long time to get the room. since there were an early check out,without charging me they gave me an early check in.such a lovely staff.always smiling.good rooms and NO NOISE of construction.i had a very nice time from the concierge.they send me the safari and i... vad folk säger » t was wonderful.family really enjoyed.superb hotel - friendly staff and service.even though it was busy they handled me very well. i had express check in. all staff with smile always. big room and everything is there in the kitchen. also all room has balcony. iam very happy and i will go to this hotel back. i like to inform all the guest that please go to this hotel and stay. lovely service.clean room,clean lobby. all perfect.no noise of constructn - proper hotel in best location.mall of emirate and dubai mall is very near. i went to global village. very near.best place for shopping. i will come back on Dubai shopping festival.very nice room and service.keep it up guys. and i will really recommend this hotel to all my friends and relatives. even rate was very good. to get like this rate in high season is very difficult. but STAR METRO did it.

  Perfect Location 3 min from Emirates Mall and 10 min from metro station. We reserved for an appartment 3 rooms but we had reached the hotel we didn't find it so they gave us 2 app. 2 rooms what was better for us and internet was for free as apologize :) - + Location is just in front of Mall of Emirates + Staff are friendly + Near to Grocery Store... vad folk säger » + Easy to get Taxi + Fast Response (Changing Washing Machine, Iron, Iron Table when they're not working)

  everythings are brand new, very clean and comfortable - The apartment is close to the Mall of Emirates and Palm Jumeirah. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room is clean and cosy. Apartment is in quiet location but need a good direction to get there. We enjoyed our stay there.

  The room was very nice and neat with very nice space and large LCD TV. The location was very good, just 3 minus from Emirates Mall. I would recommend this hotel for families. - the rooms are fantastic

  Staff's are excellent and very kind to us. Location is good for shopping. Room size is more than enough (I used one bed room type), WiFi is available in room. I recommend this hotel strongly and I will come again in future. - Apartments very spacey (we got a free upgrade from 1-bedroom to 2-bedroom), and furnishings are good.
