I stayed in the hotel on 26/9/2013. I had booked a deluxe room for the couple of us and our 7-month-old baby. We walked into the room, only to discover that we were upgraded to an executive suite without even informing us. It was a glorious surprise and the suite was really luxurious, comfortable, and offered a magnificent view from the 28th floor

The hotel is now even better than before. The management really take note of customer comments. For example, I found a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities this time. The room service is fast and very efficient and the quality of food is excellent as always. The speed of the check in and check out formalities has improved greatly.

Frukosten var stor och bra, läget var bra - fem minuters promenad till metron och taxis utanför hotellet. Att åka in till Dubai Mall kostade 14 DHS (ca 24kr) för två personer i Gold Class på Metron och ca 35 kr med Taxi för upp till fyra personer.

Staff and location! Right in front of it is the metro station. On S. Zayed Road full of life. A pharmacy, clinic, 24hrs market and many restaurants are just steps away. Rooms are of a good size. The service was very nice specially Jimmy the supervising bell man from Canada, actually someone you can talk to, makes you feel like your not that far from home. I hope he gets promoted to the front desk bacause they really need someone like him.

The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful, the best in Dubai. Breakfast was great and the room service menu we found an excellent selection and the food was delicious. Our apartment was so spacious and the facilities great. -

Everything was luxury, the hotel very comfortable the atmosphere is very relaxing, very clean and excellent service. Staffs were friendly and courteous.
The room is big and comfortable also the bathroom is big and it has everything you need. Dinning is great and tasty in the room or in the great restaurants down in the lobby.
The outdoor swimming pool and the pool area are so great I am sure if you have your children they will enjoy the pool and the water slides.
