Its an ideal location for Shopping and staying in dubai... you have the Mall of the Emirates connected to the hotel in the 1st floor. Metro ( Rail) connection available from the mall. Very comfortable beddings and well maintained. Nespresso Coffee machine in the room.Good view of Dubai ..( not all) on the higher rooms. You can see late night movie

We enjoyed the Club Lounge facilities, very good value. The staff were so welcoming wherever we went cleaning staff leaving kind messages in our room after cleaning, what a lovely touch. The location could not be better.
We have stayed at the Pullman before and were worried about the change to Sheraton brand, apart from the price increase of room rate, the service was top notch. Thank you.

Detta hotell ligger i hjärtat av Al Barsha, bara 5 minuters promenad från Mall of the Emirates. Hotellet har en utomhuspool och ett gym. WiFi är gratis i alla rum och allmänna utrymmen.

Stora rymliga rum, vi bodde i svit med två sovrum och badrum till varje rum plus en gästtoalett. lång utsikt från rummet. En alldeles fantastisk frukost med nygjord scramble eggs ex. och personal som genast fixade om vi frågade. Massor med frukt och olika rätter, lunchen blev ofta sen och liten p.g.a. detta. Trevligt hotell. Mysig takterass med pool och solstolar. God frukost. Fin svit. Trevlig personal överlag.

Allt - The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury.
