Its an ideal location for Shopping and staying in dubai... you have the Mall of the Emirates connected to the hotel in the 1st floor. Metro ( Rail) connection available from the mall. Very comfortable beddings and well maintained. Nespresso Coffee machine in the room.Good view of Dubai ..( not all) on the higher rooms. You can see late night movie

We enjoyed the Club Lounge facilities, very good value. The staff were so welcoming wherever we went cleaning staff leaving kind messages in our room after cleaning, what a lovely touch. The location could not be better.
We have stayed at the Pullman before and were worried about the change to Sheraton brand, apart from the price increase of room rate, the service was top notch. Thank you.

The hotel is relatively new and is very clean. The rooms are of a good size and well equipped. Also the sauna\swimming pool\ massage saloon facilities are well maintained and comfortable. In general a pleasant stay and good value for the money. -

I stayed in one bed room apartment.Location is a steps far away from mall of the Emirates. Every thing is new, I felt that I'm the first guest at the room, like kitchen wares and electric appliances. Towels , living area, sofa, bed all are brand new. Staying was a nice experience, try it before rooms worn out. I didn't eat there to tell my opinion

Had an Excellent stay in Fraser Suites Dubai. Spacious One bedroom with fabulous view of Dubai especially Palm and seaview, I felt I was at home. Outstanding service from all staff especially housekeeping boys very helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious with just enough choices. At First best regards to Mr.Samer Rafie(Operations Manage) + Akram (Reciption) and all employees.good location , 10Mnts drive from Emirates Mall , quiet area ,very comfortable , clean ,Free Shutle from hotel to Sharaf DJ station and Emirate Mall. Food taste good,swimming pool area is wanderfull, i lived in Fraser Paris and i like it very much and also Fraser Dubai.
Realy all staff are friendly , familier and nice.
If you care about your family chose Fraser.

Det var väldigt nära till Mall of Emirates, låg precis om hörnet, inte mer än 5 minuter att gå. Hade ett supermarket precis över gatan där det fanns allt vi behövde.

Trevlig personal alltid hjälpsamma. Rent och snyggt. Bra städning varje dag, även lakan om man önskade. Stor fin lägenhet (2-rums lgh 115 kvm) med en gästtoalett, 1 badrum per rum med dusch och badkar. Poolen inte så stor men fräsch och fin och perfekt om man vill ligga några timmar. En jacuzzi. Poolbar med bra utbud, ingen alkohol. Även badvakt vid poolen, mycket bra ! 5-7 min promenad till Mall of Emirates.

it's a very comfortable 4-stars, big room, quiet, clean, all fine. During the good season you can easily reach the mall on foot, during hot months definitely not.
I never ate inside so i cant rate this aspect, and i was lucky to be on the side opposite to the night club (many guests complain about the noise, i did not hear anything at all). They were very kind to make my room at 8 pm because i had inadvertently left the "do not disturb" hanging outside the door all day. The staff is very frien

Very well priced, even as a budget location is was very a very nice place to stay, rooms were adquate size, large bath and shower, great roomservice and restruants within the hotel, I do not have a singe negative thing to say about this hotel.

The staff were lovely, the hotel was stunning. they had a great range of facilities we ate at the Chinese resturant which was beautiful I would certainly recommend it and the late bar had a great atmosphere. the hotel was in walking distance to mall of the emirates all in all a great holiday we will definatly be back to Dubai and will be booking this hotel again.
