  Allt - The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury. We ate at the al mahara seafood restaurant which is worth the trip alone, but the butler service and hotel staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect , which is was the whole time we were there. - this is something special

  Everything ... there was plenty of choices of activities to do for adults and especialy children...most important the Hotel employees were so pleasent and helpfull... And always smiling ... you felt like a VIP at all times...   The hotel is very conveniently placed for travelling throughout Dubai, and reaching all attractions. In itself it is an attractive newly opened hotel, with comfortable rooms, and nice restaurant facility. Not on the grand scale of some of the large hotels in Dubai, but definately excellent value for money. Nice roof-top pool, with comfortable sun-... vad folk säger » lounge beds, and well equiped gym . - Everything was done professionally; I got immediate attention when I needed it. The staff is well-informed and very friendly. The location is a bit awkward because of the construction, but this is not the fault of the hotel and one of Dubai's biggest malls is within five minutes' walk.

  good location. i stayed in a 2-bedroom-apartment, which was a great value for money. very clean. all the necissities are available. i'd certainly come back to this hotel and recommend it to my friends - verey nice hotel .

  shopping/clubbing - the location was superb and the staff very polite,helpfull very welcoming nothing was too much trouble excellent hotel,facilities and accomadation would not hesitate to recomend and visit again

  Trevlig personal. Närheten till tunnelbana ett stort plus. - Location is fantastic. Very close to Sharaf DG mertro station. 5 min walk to the mall of emirates.. a relief when having a family. Hotel rooms are huge and well equipped ! We first was put in a room with no window, but the next day they worked on transferring us to a room with a wide wi... vad folk säger » ndow. Hotel is comforting and front desk guys are all awesome (big help).. restaurant food was ok and breakfast was fine. Would stay there the next time - Good location, Metro station nearby. Plenty of Indian/Pakistani Restaurants in walking distance.A Supermarket just in front of Hotel.I Got Free Wifi for days for one device(laptop or Smart phone).Masjid/Mosque in 5-10 Minutes walking distance.Taxis are easily available nearby.Cleanliness is perfect. Hotel Staff is very friendly.

  Its an ideal location for Shopping and staying in dubai... you have the Mall of the Emirates connected to the hotel in the 1st floor. Metro ( Rail) connection available from the mall. Very comfortable beddings and well maintained. Nespresso Coffee machine in the room.Good view of Dubai ..( not all) on the higher rooms. You can see late night movie... vad folk säger » s in the mall and walk back to room.. Free internet connection.. - We enjoyed the Club Lounge facilities, very good value. The staff were so welcoming wherever we went cleaning staff leaving kind messages in our room after cleaning, what a lovely touch. The location could not be better. We have stayed at the Pullman before and were worried about the change to Sheraton brand, apart from the price increase of room rate, the service was top notch. Thank you.

  Det var väldigt nära till Mall of Emirates, låg precis om hörnet, inte mer än 5 minuter att gå. Hade ett supermarket precis över gatan där det fanns allt vi behövde. Väldigt fint rum med stora ytor och sköna sängar. Wifi vid poolen och även bra lunch vid poolen till ett ok pris. Housekeeping killarna var underbara, städade väldigt noga och fint, d... vad folk säger » e fick mycket dricks innan vi åkte hem! Frukosten var även den värd sina 42 DHR, buffé med massa gott att välja på, även om kaffet var lite svagt så v - Trevlig personal alltid hjälpsamma. Rent och snyggt. Bra städning varje dag, även lakan om man önskade. Stor fin lägenhet (2-rums lgh 115 kvm) med en gästtoalett, 1 badrum per rum med dusch och badkar. Poolen inte så stor men fräsch och fin och perfekt om man vill ligga några timmar. En jacuzzi. Poolbar med bra utbud, ingen alkohol. Även badvakt vid poolen, mycket bra ! 5-7 min promenad till Mall of Emirates.
