  Service. - that's what this hotel is about. It has to be one of the best customer service experiences I've had in Dubai. It enhances your stay so much. The staff are great and very eager to help. Room service was great and they pay attention to details. From the butler to the front desk, even the valet! For example, small things like; I asked for... vad folk säger » cigarettes and they only sold Marlboro at the hotel but they offered to get the brand I wanted and brought it to my room in 15mins with no extra char - The Oberoi Dubai provides excellent hotel services from A to Z and exceeded all expectations by all means, hotel managers are very professional and they know how to pleases customers, also the hotel successfully chooses the best international staff that makes you enjoy the multicultural atmosphere and the reception of great services by your finger tips.
