  Villa Rotana is an excellent hotel well worth the money. The hotel is well appointed and clean with excellent facilities. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choices from a hot bar to fresh fruit.   Service. - that's what this hotel is about. It has to be one of the best customer service experiences I've had in Dubai. It enhances your stay so much. The staff are great and very eager to help. Room service was great and they pay attention to details. From the butler to the front desk, even the valet! Rooms were good staff were good. Didn't have any problem with anything. Especially the receptionist he was really nice. The morning to night receptionist was a really good guy. Helped us a lot and when we had problem with taxi service he apologized even though it wasn't his problem. This guy should get a raise. He works really hard :)
