  Liked the reception service, TJ served us. He was very professional, pleasant, helpful and efficient in addressing our questions and requests. The concierge team were equally helpful, nothing was too difficult. The hotel staff in the foyer were charming, always ready with a greeting and a pleasant smile. We liked everything about Soffite - Magnificent! Amazing staff, attention to detail, they prepared for us a birthday and anniversary cake to our rooms, such a nice and meaningful touch. Staff extremely helpful, attentive and happy to help. Facilities were excellent, pool great, fitness room excellent modern machines. Good location as easy access to Hamdan Street, Abu Dhabi and Marina Mall. Loved it so much looking to book another weekend stay there in a few weeks! Absolutely Amazing hotel, really recommend it we felt like royalty
