On the day of check out, my wife was not feeling well and they were kind enough to allow us to check out late...EXCELLENT Service experience!

  The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was big. I love that the kitchen was open and has an option to close it with a click of a button (just like in car parking). It is easy to park at any time. The room service was fast. There was a washer and spinner (combo) and it helped us a lot. We had a wonderful time here.   There is NO shadow of doubt that the hotel Sands staff are very polite, very fiendly and courteous all the way thru right from upon arriving and entering the lobby till I had to leave.The rooms and bathrooms everything is clean and lovely I was at the Harvester Pub, Chequers Bar and Tipar Bar and have no complaints.   Me and my husband spent 3 nights in the hotel. The most surprising thing was that our room was equipped with a small kitchen with all the utilities including a washing machine and a dryer. The buffet in the restaurant is amazing. One of the nights I ordered food into the room and again it was more than great!
