The Whole staff right from entrance to reception desk till housekeeping
to room service are very cooperative, especially on entrance for valley

the staff were helpful and friendly. when i wanted to get a hire car they were happy to help with finding me one. the room was large and clean though a little cold but you have control over the A/C so can turn it down. There are plenty of plug sockets with international sockets so no need for a travel adapter. TV is aplenty. Food at the breakfast buffet was fresh and had a good spread.

Everything. Fantastic hotel for the money. Rooms great, staff great, value for money, can't fault it for the money. Great spot as we'll being 5 mins walk from the tube and surrounded by bars and close to marina. Customer relations manageress was great (and gorgeous!!!!)

... vad folk säger » wo chairs. It was very pleasant to sit there. The views of the sea, Burj Dubai and parts of the Palm Jumeirah were great. And there wasn't any smell of petrol as there's no road close to the hotel on the seaside. -
I stayed on the 40th Floor in one of the executive rooms with access to the executive lounge for breakfast and afternoon tea/coffee and sandwiches. Also included free wifi and the staff in the executive lounge were very friendly and helpful. I will return to the Gloria on my next trip. They also arranged my airport transfer both ways.
