  Jag tycker det var bra med lägenhetshotell då vi kunde fixa vår egen frukost. Läget nära metron är också bra, samt att det är nära till Marinan. - Läget var bra, några hundra meter från Dubai marina och även Dubai marina metro station.   Vi hade bokat rum på Executivevåning och det var var toppen med tillgång till den egna loungen där frukost, eftermiddagskaffe och senare cocktail med utsökt buffé serverades. Personalen där var serviceinriktade. - Fräscht ! Jättebra service !

  Fantastiskt hotell i alla avseenden. Håller världsklass. - The Ritz-Carlton is a master class in Luxury and quality. We stayed here for our honeymoon and I rang ahead of time to arrange something special to be left in our room upon our arrival. The correspondence were very polite and extremely prompt. Anything we had to sign or check over was brought to us while we sat, relaxed and enjoyed an Arabic tea. Then we were led to our room by Charles who was extremely helpful - I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service. The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and grounds. Thankyou Ritz Carlton for a very memorable experience.

  We liked the space in the apartment, the full kitchen, big bedrooms, several bathrooms and the washer and dryer. It was nice to have our own "apartment" but within the security of a hotel. It was cleaned on a daily basis. There were some basic supplies there when we arrived, including some food, dishwashing and laundry supplies. Loved the food we had upon arrival especially since the kids were hungry and tired. The bed was extremely comfortable. The view was awesome.

  Very Good hotel and i recommend it for all, very close to DIC and specially for the Blocks 15,16,17..., It is a very good and new hotel just in the heart of DIC. - Good area, pharmacy and store around the corner, newspaper avalability, nice restraurant, taxi avalability, and ice machine.

  The Whole staff right from entrance to reception desk till housekeeping to room service are very cooperative, especially on entrance for valley parking there are indian sardars (singh) with their traditional turbans and they spoke in their native language is very nice. Very nice location of Dubai and heart of Tecom. - the staff were helpful and friendly. when i wanted to get a hire car they were happy to help with finding me one. the room was large and clean though a little cold but you have control over the A/C so can turn it down. There are plenty of plug sockets with international sockets so no need for a travel adapter. TV is aplenty. Food at the breakfast buffet was fresh and had a good spread.

  everythings are brand new, very clean and comfortable - The apartment is close to the Mall of Emirates and Palm Jumeirah. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room is clean and cosy. Apartment is in quiet location but need a good direction to get there. We enjoyed our stay there.

Customer relations manageress was great (and gorgeous!!!!)
