  Fantastiskt hotell i alla avseenden. Håller världsklass. - The Ritz-Carlton is a master class in Luxury and quality. We stayed here for our honeymoon and I rang ahead of time to arrange something special to be left in our room upon our arrival. The correspondence were very polite and extremely prompt. Anything we had to sign or check over was brought to us while we sat, relaxed and enjoyed an Arabic tea. Then we were led to our room by Charles who was extremely helpful - I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service. The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and grounds. Thankyou Ritz Carlton for a very memorable experience.

  Upon arrival the staff greeted us and took over the check in process, i only had to sit and relax while the front desk lady had to prepare the papers for check in. The hotel is amazing in terms of first impression us we were astonished with the internal decorative design. The room was super. The staff were very polite and all were asking about our stay each time we pass through any staff. Had out breakfas - The luxury of the facilities and treatment by all the staff from bell boys to management. The room and the bed were fantastic. There is a bath that could fit in a family of four! The pool area and surrounds were very well located with excellent service poolside. Plenty of 4-5 star restaurants to choose from. Also the free shuttle from and to the hotel stopping at various places was so helpful.

  - Great location (2 minutes from metro station, well priced restaurants across the street, 2 supermarkets neraby) - Spacious, clean room, strong signal free wireless internet, OK amenities, courteous staff (and very helpful with all info required, including day trips, local info, etc) - Great price/special offer on letsbookhotel.com (about 1100 AE... vad folk säger » D + tax for 5 nights, rack rate is 1200 AUE/night). Hotel honoured the booking reservation/rate even though they did not receive the confirmation from - Everything. Fantastic hotel for the money. Rooms great, staff great, value for money, can't fault it for the money. Great spot as we'll being 5 mins walk from the tube and surrounded by bars and close to marina. Customer relations manageress was great (and gorgeous!!!!)
