  The pool area was fab, plus had a separate toddler area and play park. In toddler area they also had toddler toilets which were furnished to a high standard. Cannot fault the staff. They were highly attentive. Food was delicious. Room was lovely. Beautiful view across the race course. I forgot few things at the hotel when i checked out and the staff were amazing in orgaonizing to send them to where i asked them to... the things were well organized and sealed before sending them... Burj Dubai . just few minutes walking .. nice hotel.. very nice rooms at the ground floor.. access to the pool and the garden.. good breakfast.. the staff take always the extra step to help ..   Exceptional experience! 1- We arrived before the check-in time and our rooms were not ready yet, they didn't let us wait and transformed us to other rooms! 2- They really take care about everything to make you feel comfortable. 3- Upon our arrival, Gina, one of their fabulous assistants went with us to the rooms and explained everything in detail ... vad folk säger » to us. 4- The Premier Suit is pretty big with two bathrooms and a jacuzzi viewing the street! the room has two balconies, two mini-bars, and a Nespres - Location location location!! Staying at the address was the best decision we made. Having direct access to dubai mall we were never bored and so close to everything . We even walked to the cinema at the mall at 1am in our hotel slippers. The service and staff were all very friendly throughout our stay. We stayed in a double room with a view to the road outside which is still great, the bathroom was hugee and beautiful. The entire room was very convenient and spacious. If u want a relaxing hotel
