The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful, the best in Dubai. Breakfast was great and the room service menu we found an excellent selection and the food was delicious. Our apartment was so spacious and the facilities great. -

This hotel is excelent, as a interior designer myself, I always appreciate stylish and thought that is put into designing a space, so rooms are spacious with all amenities and luxury expected, spa with excellent and attentive staff as for Lena or Nancy, my husband had a amazing and relaxing time in a couples massage suite.

The service was very nice specially Jimmy the supervising bell man from Canada, actually someone you can talk to, makes you feel like your not that far from home. I hope he gets promoted to the front desk bacause they really need someone like him.

Staff and location! Right in front of it is the metro station. On S. Zayed Road full of life. A pharmacy, clinic, 24hrs market and many restaurants are just steps away. Rooms are of a good size. We took room with two double beds, great size room with comfortable large beds and superb city views.
Excellent facilities including relaxing pool side, fitness gym and spa. Hotel does not have a night club which is great, no noise polution and the rif raf stay away leaving clean family environment.
