  Fantastiskt hotell i alla avseenden. Håller världsklass. - The Ritz-Carlton is a master class in Luxury and quality. We stayed here for our honeymoon and I rang ahead of time to arrange something special to be left in our room upon our arrival. The correspondence were very polite and extremely prompt. Anything we had to sign or check over was brought to us while we sat, relaxed and enjoyed an Arabic tea. Then we were led to our room by Charles who was extremely helpful - I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service. The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and grounds. Thankyou Ritz Carlton for a very memorable experience.

  We liked the space in the apartment, the full kitchen, big bedrooms, several bathrooms and the washer and dryer. It was nice to have our own "apartment" but within the security of a hotel. It was cleaned on a daily basis. There were some basic supplies there when we arrived, including some food, dishwashing and laundry supplies.   The staff were very attentive and supportive. They will go out of their way to make sure the guests feel comfortable and satisfied. We had the privilege of being attended to by Mr. Ansar, Asish and the nice ladies from the front desk. The Double Decker tour bus collected us at 9:30am from the hotel. We booked a desert Safari also collected us form the hotel. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Taxis always available outside.
