  Dear jw Marriott Marquis Management and Readers, we just completed a 4 night stay at this new hotel in Dubai. In fact we are Couples and we will discuss the pros and cons generally. There is a big competition about hotel market in Dubai, so it depends what you want but here's what we thought. The good: The rooms are outstanding in this hotel and a... vad folk säger » re of very decent size, modern, with an extremely comfortable bed and pillows and a spacious bathroom with an outstanding shower and amenities (aromat - the room is so big & the bathroom is an experience for itself, there's a touchscreen dashboard which u can use it to control lights, a/c remotely. - the staff go backward to serve the guests. - the pool area is magnificent. - the gym is equipped with the latest equipment & so big too. -the restaurant where u can have the breakfast is just amazing and never seen bigger that this. - it's just a perfect hotel i'll go there every time i visit Dubai

  This is the perfect oasis away from the high rise buildings of Dubai. The hotel is calm, quiet and well laid out. Staff are efficient and extremely attentive without being in the way. Close to the airport but no discernable aircraft noise and you can reach most Dubai attractions within 30 mins - taxis are plentiful and pretty cheap. We have staye... vad folk säger » d here a few times now and every room that we have had has been of very high quality - we only book a "standard" room but it really is quite luxurious - Beautiful, luxurious, very helpful staff. I loved being close to City Centre and a metro (I often just did the 15 minute walk, as I liked going through the golf course area with birds). Again, extremely gracious staff - high marks to my room service deliverer, the ladies at the front desk, my server at Traiteur, and the gentlemen out front. High marks, all!

  Läget var perfekt, och vi gillade vårt rum med utsikt över havet. - We have been there for the second time. Also the kids want to return to this very good hotel which is not that large as other hotels in Dubai. We like the very friendly atmosphere there and the location at the bottom of the palm. We like the beach-access although we swim in the infinity-pool or in the long pool of the Westin-Hotel. The - I liked everything. Starting from the staff at the reception, and their warm welcome, we were upgraded to a better room, after we arrived to the room, the staff called to welcome us and check that everything is ok. The pools are great and there is a lot of them. The kids pool has a big umbrella so kids can swim under the shade. The beach is open sea. There is a variety of top restaurants.   The staff were very hospitable, the room facility was excellent, the sorrounding, the food selection all were really good . The most joyfull of it all was the beach and the beach facility.   I fly to Dubai very often at average about every two weeks for business. For me the location is perfect since most of my work is within Sheikh Zayed rd., but apart from this the fact is the location is still very good. There are plenty of resturants, cofee ships, bars, Lounge, night club etc.. on this stretch. The hotel itself has a very good ope... vad folk säger » n air bar plus some decent resturants. Service, cleanliness etc.. are all very good. I've stayed in this hotel many times from the time it had intial - Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.
